Available Fare Types

A flexible fare is refundable with no advanced purchase required. Flexible fares allow you to change or cancel your flight up to 60 minutes prior to departure without any fees.

A non-refundable fare is subject to change/cancel fees and may not be changed or canceled less than 24 hours prior to departure. 

Baggage Restrictions

Please follow TSA guidelines for luggage. Items such as hazardous materials, hoverboards, smart bags/smart clothing, and lithium batteries are prohibited on flights.

Denver Air Connection’s liability for lost, damaged, or delayed luggage is limited to $2,000 per fare-paying customer. DAC will reimburse up to $100 of reasonable expenses per day due to delayed luggage.

Connecting Flights in Denver

Passengers will undergo TSA security checks upon arrival in Denver. If you have carry-on luggage, please allow a minimum of 2 hours to connect to another domestic flight (3 hours for international). For checked luggage, please allow 3 hours for domestic (3.5 hours for international).

Connecting Flights from Denver 

Passengers with carry-on luggage may proceed directly to DAC’s depature gate. Passengers with checked luggage must claim checked luggage from DIA baggage claim and then check their bags at the DAC gate.

Luggage will be retrieved once arriving in Clovis.

Delays

For weather delays exceeding 1 hour, change fees will be waived for passengers wishing to reschedule. For flights canceled due to weather, DAC will either refund the ticket or reschedule passengers to another flight.

For mechanical delays exceeding 1 hour, change fees will be waived. If delays last more than 5 hours, DAC will refund the ticket or reschedule passengers to another flight. 

Changes/Cancellations

All changes and cancellations purchased from DAC must be handled through their call center. Non-refundable fares are subject to a $20 change/cancel fee. If rescheduling, the new reservation will be charged at the current rate and is subject to any change fee plus any difference in fair. 

No-Shows: Passengers who fail to cancel or change their reservation within 60 minutes and do not board their flight are considered a No Show and must forfeit their fare, including refundable fare types.

Standby Passengers

Passengers holding confirmed reservations and tickets may standby for an earlier same-day flight to the same destination. Standby passengers flying from Clovis must check in at least 2 hours prior to their scheduled departure.

Infants & Children

Under 2 years of age: May travel as lap child and does not require separate seat purchase. You must call DAC call center to reserve.

2 to 4 years of age: Must be accompanied by passenger at least 12 years of age and must occupy their own seat.

Under 12 years of age: Must occupy their own seat. If not accompanied by passenger who is at least 12 years of age, the child must be booked as an unaccompanied minor.

Unaccompanied minor: Does not include children under the age of five. Unaccompanied minors are subject to a $25 per leg ($50 round trip) fee in addition to the cost of are. You must contact DAC call center to reserve. Please allow at least 15 minutes additional check-in time.
